In coordination with the officials of the fourteen (14) barangays under District 2, District 4, and District 7, streamer tarps of Notice of Election and Masterlist of Member-Consumer-Owners (MCOs) were posted in conspicuous places not less than 20 days before the date of election (NEA Memorandum 2014-019, Art. 1, Sec. 6).
Please ensure that your name is on the masterlist of the voters/members to make sure that you can vote on election day. If there is a discrepancy or your name did not appear despite your active membership, you may file for an inclusion/exclusion on May 10 to May 19, 2023.
We are earnestly requesting for your active participation in the upcoming election. Those Member-Consumer-Owners (MCOs) who have been active by February 28, 2023 are qualified to vote. Your vote is highly appreciated.

Interested and qualified Member-Consumer-Owners (MCOs) may secure their application forms at Member Services Division at ZAMCELCO Putik, Main Office.
The deadline of filing of the certificate of candidacy will be until May 19, 2023.
