ZAMCELCO Compliance: Invitation to Bid for MGSP-CSP

Pursuant to the conduct of the Microgrid Service Provider — Competitive Selection Process (MGSP-CSP) for areas designated by the Department of Energy (DOE) as unserved and underserved, and in accordance with Sections 13.1.3 and 13.1.4 of the MGSA-IRR, ZAMCELCO hereby acknowledges and agrees to comply with the DOE’s directive. This involves the publication and posting of the Invitation to Bid (ITB) and the Terms of Reference (TOR), along with all related attachments, for a period of fifteen (15) consecutive calendar days from the date of receipt of the DOE’s correspondence.

The objective of this dissemination is to ensure wider accessibility of the information, thereby inviting expressions of interest from potential Microgrid Service Providers (MGSPs) to participate in the MGSP-CSP.
